Devayant.com ensures the shipment of goods sold through the E-Commerce site in Switzerland, mainland France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, as well as in other European countries, Australia and the United States. The products and / or services will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
From the order and confirmation of payment, the delivery times, given as an indication, are as follows:
• 3 working days for Switzerland, mainland France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom; 5 days for the United States and Australia.
• 15 working days for Corsica.
Upon delivery, the invoice will be available on the E-Commerce site.
4.Applicable law
These general conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from, or in connection with these general conditions of sale or any sale to which they apply, will be settled under Swiss law, whether this dispute is of a contractual or tort nature, or whether it is based on another clause. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
