In what currency are the prices indicated on the site?
All prices are in EURO (€). Our platform offers you an estimate in the currency of your country at the most advantageous rate.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship the items as fast as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery of your order, the average delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. And you can track your package on the « track my package » page in the menu at the bottom. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@devayant.com. Keep in mind that holiday periods can impact shipping times.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
We offer 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. Please email info@devayant.com as we give you 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it to us at your expense. Once the product is received, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and send it back before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty. You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, please contact us at info@devayant.com for a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address entered is correct, please notify us by e-mail at info@devoyant.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can replace it with the correct address within 24 hours.
